The plenary meeting is the central decision-making body of the AStA. In it, current issues and tasks are discussed. Applications for funding are decided in the meeting every second week.
All students are welcome to join us in the plenary meeting, which takes place 2 pm every Monday in room TK 130, and usually lasts until 6 pm. As a rule, we meet only every second week during the semester break.
Visitors who want to apply for funding can present their proposal at the meeting from 4 pm onwards. However, these proposals are decided upon only during the 'financial plenary meetings' (usually in even weeks, see the dates below!). Proposals in written form are required, and need to be handed in a week before. If you want to apply on shorter notice, this is possible until 4 pm if you have the explicit support from an AStA department. More information on how to apply in available in the Finance Department.
