We do NOT do regular counseling by email! Please come to our consulting hours on Tuesday or Friday. Please only send emails if you have a brief question and/or you have a super urgent deadline. Otherwise, we will refer you to our counseling days.
We currently advise Wednesday 10 – 2:30 pm in person at the AStA (building TK 2 on the TUB campus) without appointment and Friday online 10 – 3 pm with an appointment. More information below.

We advise on Wednesday in the AStA without an appointment and in presence from 10:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Please, remember to bring all the important documents!
We cannot guarantee that everyone will get a consultation.

Counseling on Friday with appointment and by videocall
We will advise in video consultation, you have to book an appointment between 10:00 and 3:00 p.m. online.
