If you write us an Email, please put the following in the subject line: name, immatriculation-number, what kind of application you sent (grant or exemption), and for what semester you applied. This helps us to answer your emails more quickly.
Please do not send us personal data (applications or documents) via Email, since they will be sent unencrypted. You can use PGP-encrypted Mail if you wish to send us personal data via Email.

Our room is TK17, on the ground floor in the TK-Building near the main mensa. Our consulations hours are every Thursday from 12:00 to 13:30. Before you visit us, you can make an appointment for an online or in-person consultation: https://termine.astatu.berlin/5. You can show up without an appointment, but you might have to wait.
Unsere Sprechstunden finden in einem gemeinsam genutzten Arbeitsraum statt, in dem währenddessen auch andere Teammitglieder anwesend sein können. Wir leeren den Raum für die Dauer des Gesprächs, um Ruhe und Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten, außer Sie sind damit einverstanden, dass andere Personen anwesend bleiben.
We provide our consultations in our office rooms, where other people might be working. We will empty the room for the consultation, unless you are fine with other members of the collective being present.
How do I send documents to the office?
Since most documents contain personal and sensitive data, it is important that it is transferred to us in a safe way. For this, we provide four possibilities:
- You can drop of the documents in person at our office, or put them into the letter box of the AStA,
- You can send us the documents via post (address listed at the top of the page),
- You can use our upload-tool to safely send us your documents,
- You can send your documents in an encrypted email to: semesterticket@asta.tu-berlin.de (PGP)
