We introduced this tool so that you can send us your data easily and securely. Please do not send us your documents via unencrypted email.
This tool works well, and we receive your files. Please don’t additionally send your files over email.
Instructions for Using the Upload Tool
Please observe the following instructions to ensure the correct use of the upload tool:
- Combining documents: All documents to be submitted must either be combined into a single PDF file or placed together in one folder.
- Naming the file or folder: The PDF file or folder must be named according to the following format:
LastName_FirstName_StudentID.pdf- Example:
Mustermann_Max_0000000

Important notice: If these instructions are not followed when using the upload tool, we cannot guarantee that all documents will be taken into account when processing your applications.
Please also refrain from sending us an email to confirm receipt of your documents. Confirmation of a successful upload will be displayed directly on the website once your files have been uploaded.
